Repair Policy

This policy explains how repairs are handled at The Tech Parrot.

1. Diagnostics A diagnostic is performed before any work begins. We will contact you with a quote if additional issues are found.

2. Authorization Repairs only proceed once you authorize the work and agreed pricing.

3. Parts We use genuine and grade-A replacement parts. Replaced parts are recycled unless you request otherwise.

4. Collection Devices not collected within 90 days of completion may incur storage fees.
